Kat Dennings, born Katherine Victoria Litwack on the 13th of June, 1986, in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania was the first born child of Gerald and Ellen Dennings. Ellen Dennings was her mom. Ellen worked as a poetry and speech therapy therapist. Gerald Dennings works as an molecular druggist, professor and researcher at an institution of higher learning. Dennings was the youngest of five siblings and was raised by a Jewish parent and father, is an accomplished actress. Dennings went to a school that was not traditional and she only briefly went to a homeschool. When she started acting at a young, she found that homeschooling was the best solution. Already at age nine the actress began to appear in commercials. Her family moved to Los Angeles after she graduated high school in order for her to pursue acting.
