She was born in Santa Monica, California on the 26th November of 1986. She is the daughter of Vincenzo Barba her father, as well as Valerie Barba. Six years ago, she and her family moved from Point Pleasant New Jersey. Point Pleasant New Jersey. She completed her high school studies within New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. She then attended Catholic University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in architecture. The violin was first played when she was four years old, and was referred to as the Violin Girl. The performances of her were the reason for the use of her nickname. Also, she was a violinist for the kids from the nearby area. She sang Free throughout 1976 when she made her audition for American idol's sixth season at age 19. She was subsequently eliminated getting to 16th place on the show.
