Jessica Biel was born in the United States as an American model, actress and singer. Jessica Biel started her modeling career at a young age. Following a scholarship she received at a convention and acting lessons, she enrolled in Young Actor's Space. She came into the limelight as part of 7th Heaven of WB series as the character Mary Camden. Her role in the series was a major hit but she was worried that Mary Camden's image as a "good girl" was going to limit her capacity to perform. In the Gear issue, Jessica appeared half-clothed in an attempt to defy the stereotype. Jessica's fans were enraged by the action. The performance she gave in the sixth season ended her involvement with 7th Heaven. Her stellar performance as a teenage Casey Jackson in the film Ulee's Gold brought her instant notoriety. In fact, this movie earned her the award for Best Supporting New Actress. Summer Catch, a comedy film in which she was a part of shows her ability as an actor. The Rules of Attraction, despite its stellar performance by the film's star, was not very successful. Then her performance in the horror movie The Texas Chainshaw Massacre caught the attention of the public. Also, she has worked in thrillers and suspense movies.
